Tap in to tackling your next frosty adventure.

Winter Weather Wisdom with Tyger makes navigating snowy regions of USA and Canada a breeze with these trusty tips!

#1: Traction Action, Lincoln Knows Best! 🚗 🚙

Tyger Tip: The Penny Trick.

  • Our first point of action is to ensure your vehicles are equipped with proper winter tires to maximize traction.

  • It’s the first step in keeping those wheels rolling smoothly through snow and ice.

  • Don’t forget to check your air for a balanced, safe ride.

# 2: Magic Mirrors, Brand New Blades! 🌨️🪞

Tyger Tip:  Can’t see, Can’t Drive!

  • 🧊Apply Rain X to your mirrors, windshields, and windows for extra protection against the elements and to maintain clear visibility.

  • A frosty view won’t stop us, but a clear one makes the journey safer for everyone.

  • Be sure to make sure your wipers are up to the job, and give your vehicle plenty of time to warm up! ⌚ 🔥

  • Remember to remove any buildup from your windshield or truck as well.  Chunks of ice breaking off can cause accidents and break equipment on your truck.  (See below)

# 3: Cool, Calm, Collected & Charged!🔋

🙋🏻‍♂️Remember to maintain a cool and collected mindset and allow for extra time to travel during winter conditions.

Slow down, keep a safe distance, and stay patient. It’s not a race – it’s a frosty adventure!

Although timely delivery is important, safety takes priority.

Make sure your phone is charged in case of an emergency.  You don’t want to get stuck in freezing temperatures, with no way to reach out for assistance! 📲.

There are solar powered, portable chargers available on Amazon for a reasonable back up if you need a back up.

# 4: Fuel for Frost 🥶⛽

Tyger Tip: Quarter tank, don’t wait!

🛢️Always keep your fuel tank at least half-full. It’s not just for the engine; it’s our way of ensuring you’re prepared for unexpected delays caused by winter weather.

Also, check your antifreeze and oil levels to be sure you don’t end up stuck in the snow!

Keep an extra gas can, container of oil, and antifreeze in the trunk!🌨️❄️☃️

If your gas tank gets to a quarter tank, it’s time to refuel.  Better safe than sorry. Don’t wait, especially when the temps are freezing or below.

Don’t forget to check antifreeze levels also!

# 5: Light Up Your Load! 🔆🌞

✨Visibility is key! Ensure all lights, including brake lights, turn signals, headlights, and emergency signals are functioning correctly for the safety of you and others driving around you.

Bringing a headlamp, flashlight, or emergency signal light in case of emergency in winter conditions is a good idea! 🔦

🌨️Stay prepared, stay warm, stay safe! 🚚❄️  #freightyeah  😎🚛
